• £15.00 per person: Online Booking: (small booking fee applies)
• £15.00 per person: As a sponsored rider at the ticket office/gate with a completed sponsor form with £50 or more in sponsors
SPECIAL NOTICE RE- ONLINE BOOKING
PLEASE BOOK 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
We have allocated 30 places per hour: your ticket will say a time (10am for example and so-forth) this is the time you need to be at the Wire or at least 30 mins before to check in at the wire booth. YOUR SESSION is an HOURLY SLOT so please be prepared for a waiting time!
ALTERNATIVELY: We have allocated slots for CASH PAYERS at the Wire Ticket Office at Tower 1, Church Street. THESE CASH TICKETS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT PEAK TIMES. This can only be determined at the gate!
At peak periods please note that there will be queues and a wait time depending on capacity!
Online bookings incur a 5% booking fee.

Before booking tickets ONLINE please ensure that you are able to turn up at the time you have booked.
We cannot reallocate your time unless ride timings are disrupted due to technical issues or adverse weather conditions.
Please ensure that you arrive at least five minutes in advance of your hourly time slot to allow time for us to process you.
Refunds cannot be given for online bookings if you or any member of your group are unable to make your booked time.
Please ensure you have read and understood the zip ride safety rules on the website prior to booking your ticket.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
Online tickets can only be purchased 24 hours or more in advance in order for us to process the ticket before you arrive at the attraction.
Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and time of day (where applicable) marked on the ticket.
Online tickets are valid only for the day and time (where applicable) you book unless weather, maintenance or other operational difficulties cause unexpected delays.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes in advance of your allotted time to allow us time to process you.
For concession bookings (where applicable), a valid I.D. card showing student or senior citizen status must accompany these tickets when you arrive at the attraction.
The refunding of any ticket due to circumstances arising from any dispute for whatever reason cannot be made at the entrance gate.
All refund requests have to be made in writing outlining your dispute and submitted to the Mellors Group office within 7 days from the purchase of your ticket.
We reserve the right to offer other alternative days or times where operational variations have changed due to maintenance, weather or other operational difficulties.
Tickets purchased under any 3rd party promotions must be accompanied by the promotional literature, coupons, cut out notice or special tickets.
Tickets presented under promotions not known to us are not valid and will be treated as fraudulent.
Tickets purchased under any legitimate promotions cannot be combined with any other discount offered on this website or online.
